It took us a bit, but we finally made it through all the materials we collected. What follows is what we found.
Photographic
We were able to capture several dark shadows in the attic during our EVP session. In the first three below, Sara took three photos in a row – notice the dark shadow in the middle photo. In the second set of three, Sara also shot three in a row. You can see dark area in this middle photo as well. The person in the chair was saying at the time how cold she was, yet it was warm for all others that were present in the attic. Click on each image for a full-size photo.
Audio
We did get a few EVPs — most notably the one heard out loud by Michael.
1) This EVP was from the tenants apartment. It say’s ‘Nice to meet you’. It sounds like a female voice. This was caught during Crystal and Michael’s initial walk through of the house.

2) This EVP was also captured during the time Crystal and Michael were doing an initial walk through of the house and while they were in the tenants apartment. It sounds like a female voice.
Michael: Are they trying to talk to you at the same time?
Crystal: Well, this one guy is overpowering the girl, who is trying to talk.
EVP: No big deal
3) Another spirit caught in the tenants apartment during Crystal and Michael’s initial walk through. At this point they were chatting with the home owner and about to leave the apartment when an EVP is caught saying “OK”. This EVP also sounds like a female voice.
4) This is where Crystal, Michael and Sara were in the home owners bedroom helping a spirit go into the light. It sounds like a female voice. The spirit who they were helping cross over was Victoria. Note that the EVP portion of this audio clip has been amplified so it can be heard.
Crystal -I think she’s going (into the light)
Michael – I hope so
EVP – What
5) This EVP was captured during the EVP session in the tenants apartment. Note the two EVP portions have been amplified.
Crystal – I think she only knew Mark in spirit form
EVP – She’s right
Michael – Um hmm.. Mark was here much later (than her)
Crystal – Yeah
EVP – (indistinguishable)
This is the EVP from the attic that Michael heard out loud, yet no one else did. It is extremely clear, and when analyzed, different frequencies appear to be overlapping. It almost sounds like two voices:

Nothing notable was found after scanning the video.
